Activation

It is the official web page for activating an eligible Capital One credit or debit card.
Usually 2–5 minutes online, and even less time on the mobile app.
No. You must activate the card first before making purchases or ATM withdrawals.
No. You can activate from your phone browser, the mobile app, or by phone.

Account

You will be asked to sign in or create one during activation.
Use the Reset Password guide.
Contact Support to recover your username.

Security

Yes. Always confirm the padlock icon and the exact address bar text.
Never. Ignore any email or text asking you to share credentials.
Go to ProfileSign In & Security in your account settings.
